Once you’ve made your choices, you’ll submit your quote and request a review call from our sales team. We’ll give you a list of information we’ll need from you during the call to ensure the process is as smooth as possible.

One of our sales team will call you to review your order for suitability and gather the necessary information for installation and maintenance. Once everything is in order, your contract will be drawn up and sent through to you.

The final steps

After you’ve signed and returned your contract, our team will take your deposit payment over the telephone and gather details for your ongoing payments. Once that’s sorted, your plant installation will be arranged for a time and date that suits you.

Installation and aftercare

Our installations team will come to your site and plant your displays, and then our horticulturists will take it from there. You’ll get regular visits from them to take care of your plants, making sure they’re happy and healthy.
